When people learn that my wife and I have 7 children we generally hear comments like wow, you have a lot of kids, or boy you must be busy. Yes, I do have a great family, they are all fantastic. Our family would not be complete without one of them. We love them all.

I have been involved in real estate since 1991.

I have sold homes in both buyers and sellers markets.

I have graduated from Real Estate Institute.

I have received a Real Estate Brokers License in both Idaho and Arizona, although, I only have my brokers license in Arizona at the present.

I have sold homes ranging from fixer uppers priced in the teens to Luxury Homes at almost $800,000.

I have earned the coveted award of "Top Gun" from Highland Bay´s real estate sales training and I also earned my AA in Finance and my BA in Education.
I have an extensive understanding of the process of Real Estate. My philosophy is finance, finance, finance along with aggressive marketing.

I have a sophisticated search engine program that searches up to every hour for homes that meet our buyers wants and desires.
